Social science education students’ preparedness for problem-based hybrid learning

This research aims to investigate social science education students’ preparedness before they attend problem-based hybrid learning (PBHL). is quantitative with an explorative survey method conducted on college students taking Social Science Education Program in Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia. The participant of this study were 118 students, subsisting 32 male and 86 female students. used a questionnaire 1-4 Likert scale as instrument measure readiness, weighted from their motivation, prospective behavior, information communication technolog (ICT) skills. data collection process was carried out through Google Form April 2020. descriptive analysis discover one-way ANOVA identify the effect gender type preparation PBHL. results show that (motivation, ICT skills) PBHL classified high, namely B+ category. Furthermore, has no significant for (p0.05). Recommendation based result university facilitate easy internet access, such by accelerating bandwidth, connection, promote other policies support
